In order to alleviate work-related stress and foster a passionate, responsible, and joyful working atmosphere to enhance everyone's commitment to upcoming tasks, the company organized a team-building event called "Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Celebration." The goal was to enrich the employees' leisure time, strengthen team cohesion, improve teamwork, and provide better service to both merchants and customers. The event officially kicked off on the afternoon of September 23rd.

The event began with a self-introduction session, during which we learned that the Dolls Castle team consisted of individuals who had entered the sex doll industry from various other fields. Starting with no knowledge of sex dolls, we have now developed a genuine passion for all things related to sex dolls, including designing dolls, applying makeup, and taking photographs. With the exception of some newcomers to our team, most employees have 3-4 years of work experience, and our team is continuing to expand.

The company organized a series of exciting activities, including balloon squeezing, musical chairs, and riddle guessing. Employees showcased excellent teamwork, fearlessly tackling challenges and successfully completing each activity task. The atmosphere was both passionate and harmonious.

In the evening, we had a barbecue dinner. This time we relaxed and enjoyed the food, which enhanced the relationship between the team. During the barbecue, we shared our lives and work experience at Dolls castle, exchanged views on work and life, and made the whole team closer.

After the event concluded, everyone left with gifts in hand.

This team-building activity gave us an unforgettable experience and allowed us to understand each other better. The cooperation between our team members has become more tacit.
